The hotel was conveniently located close to Shinagawa main station, making it easy for me to explore various parts of this city. Additionally, it was just a short walk away from the Kitashinagawa station, providing even more transportation options. I also appreciated the proximity to a convenient store, which made it convenient for me to grab snacks or any essentials I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They even allowed me to leave my bag with them after I checked out, which was a huge help.

This budget hotel is conveniently located in the Shinagawa area, making it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo. It is just a short walk away from Shinagawa station, providing easy access to various attractions. The rooms are well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette and plenty of outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though they may not speak much English. With its affordable prices and comfortable neighborhood, this hotel offers great value for money.
Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are not very soundproof, so noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms may be heard.

The room at Flexstay Inn Shinagawa was small, but it had a comfortable temperature and the toilet/bath facilities were great. I really appreciated the free amenities like tea and face creams. The location was very convenient, with Shinagawa Station just a short 8-minute walk away. There was also a convenience store right next door and a grocery store around the corner, making it easy to grab anything I needed. The staff was accommodating and made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, reasonable price, and comfortable accommodations.

Great location near Shinagawa JR Train station, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient amenities like a vending machine and laundry machines.

This hotel is great value for money, with all amenities as advertised. The location is ideal, situated on a nice avenue and conveniently located at a major station. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The rooms are small but well contained, perfect for those with two big bags.
