The hotel was conveniently located close to Shinagawa main station, making it easy for me to explore various parts of this city. it was just a short walk away from the Kitashinagawa station, providing even more transportation options. I also appreciated the proximity to a convenient store, convenient for me to grab snacks or any essentials I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They even allowed me to leave my bag with them after I checked out, a huge help.

This budget hotel is conveniently located in the Shinagawa area, making it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo. The room at Flexstay Inn Shinagawa was small, but it had a comfortable temperature and the toilet/bath facilities were great. I really appreciated the free amenities like tea and face creams. The location was very convenient, with Shinagawa Station just a short 8-minute walk away. There was also a convenience store right next door and a grocery store around the corner, making it easy to grab anything I needed.

This hotel is great value for money, with all amenities as advertised. The location is ideal, situated on a nice avenue and conveniently located at a major station. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The rooms are small but well contained, perfect for those with two big bags.
